Here's the second page of my BLT humanisations - Kirby, Blanky and then everyone all together. ONE DAY I WILL GET A TABLET AND GO DIGITAL. I first tried to draw Human!Blanky with the same proportions as his real appliancey self, but he didn't look young enough so I changed things around a bit and I'm quite happy with the way he looks now. I'm still fiddling around with his clothes, though - at the moment he's wearing a yellow cardigan that's too big for him, but I might change this later on.
I didn't realise it at first, but, as many have said, Kirby is very hard to draw as a human and I don't think this will be my final design of him. I've given him quite a square face to reflect his angular features, but I'm still not quite sure what he should wear yet and that's why his outfit is different between the colour picture at the bottom and the pencil drawings. In the colour drawing I gave him fully black hair, but he didn't look enough like himself so in fututure drawings I think either a grey or white would be better.
In the colour picture I've also changed Toaster's hairstyle to much shorter pigtails. I like this look better and think it makes her look more Tomboyish. I've drawn Toaster as a girl because Deanna Oliver's voice sounds more feminine than masculine, in my opinion.
